- Ballot redemption starts on Wednesday, November 1 at 7:00am at Guest Services
- Daily draws will take place at 3:00 pm from November 24th to 27th on Level 2 in the promotional area
- Draw Drum will not be emptied until the end of the promotion
- For Present Winners:
- If you’re the winner, please be present within five (5) minutes. We will verify your identification, Encore Rewards Card, or any other required information
- For Absent Winners:
- If you’re not present within five (5) minutes, don’t worry. We will notify you via the email provided in the Encore Rewards database. You will have forty-eight (48) hours to claim your prize at Guest Services
