Honey Salt, Las Vegas – Inspired by home-cooked meals shared with friends & family, Honey Salt offers a regionally inspired, farm-to-table menu.

Buddy V’s Ristorante, Las Vegas & Bethlehem PA – In partnership with TLC’s Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro, serving casual Italian fare featuring recipes from Buddy’s family vault.

Blau & Associates have developed all Food & Beverage options at Parq Vancouver.  Opening Fall 2017.
